If you have been following this blog for a while you probably know that I like to write about the different pet insurance options that are available to pet owners in the US. Many of you will also know the name Banfield as they are one of the largest groups of pet hospitals in the world. Almost a year ago I started with an article called a Banfield Pet Insurance Review and to start out it didn’t get that much attention but then again that is very normal as it takes a little time for new articles to show up in the search engines.
Banfield Pet Insurance
A few months later I wrote another article about the concept of Banfield pet insurance called Banfield Pet Insurance Secrets Revealed which did get a little more attention to start off. Maybe it was because of the title as it were far more catchy or maybe the first article had just made its way into the search listings but whatever the reason was it started a huge influx of comments from people that had taken their pets to Banfield pet hospitals all over the US.
Pet Health Care Plans
When you read the comments that these people have made (check both articles referenced above) you will see that there are a lot of unsatisfied customers and there is even someone that works with the Banfield institution that finds the methods unappealing. I have always stated and will continue to do so that there will always be opinions for and against something and that everything you read should only be used in a way so that you can make up your own mind. But after reading all of these comments I also get the feeling that something is wrong in the way that Banfield is running the show. It’s not just the part of the pet insurance that my articles were talking about but also the way that the pet hospital is run and the way that the staff is taught to be more interested in selling than in helping out.
I know that this is not something that everyone at Banfield does but if it is a company culture one would imagine that it would soon be something that more and more members of staff would take in and start doing. Lets just hope that the Banfield administration wakes up and sees what is going on and where they are taking their business.
