Tesco Dog Insurance for Man’s Best Friend

Dogs are a man’s best friend. So if they are your best friend, don’t you want them to live a happy and fulfilling life? Tesco dog insurance can help you make this an actuality. They can help you choose what level of coverage you want and if you need more coverage for more protection. Also, Tesco dog insurance can give you advice on what to do when a pet passes away. One of the highlights is that the policy does not change when your pet gets older, which some insurance company’s do, usually to get more money out of you.

Insurance Coverage

Tesco dog insurance has two levels of coverage, standard cover and extra cover. Both include the cost of treating illnesses or injuries; however, with the standard coverage, you only have 12 months to claim, and with the extra coverage, there is no time limit as long as the policy remains active. They also offer additional coverage. This may include accidental death, theft or stray, hospitalization of owner, overseas travel, and third party liability insurance. If your pet goes missing you may be entitled to some money for the reward if someone returns your pet. The third party liability insurance is if your dog causes an accident or damages someone else’s property. This is a great thing to have, if you have a little trouble maker, you can never predict your dog’s behavior.

Insurance Cost

There is no way to put a cost on your pet. With Tesco dog insurance you can chose between two levels of coverage. With the standard coverage, you can get up to £2,500 and with the extra coverage, you can get up to £4,000. There may be a 33% online discount. Premiums are different for everyone, no two pets are the same, nor do they need the same coverage. Standard coverage ranges from about £4.50 to £7.50 and extra coverage ranges from £6.50 to £11.00 depending on the dog. These are not exact amounts, they are only estimates.
