About

We are glad that you have stopped by our site.

Here you will find a lot of high quality information on a lot of different pet related health subjects. Our pets are valuable members of our family and we want to keep them healthy, safe and as long as possible it is important that we have the right information to do so.

The Internet of today is filled with information from all kinds of different sources. Some are great resources and some are not but the challenge is to find out which is which. This is what we will try to help you to do by having done the research for you.

Healthy Cats and Dogs

If we weren’t able to find the knowledge that we wanted to bring to you we have created the info packages ourselves and you’ll find the in the section you have in the right menu bar.

Each and every post that has been made is created as a blog post and you will therefore be able to comment on each one. We encourage you to share your knowledge and experience with us and everyone else so that we can all learn.

We don’t claim to be right about everything and that is why we want to hear your stories. If you have questions or you find that something we have written is somewhat unclear, please do not hesitate to ask. We’ll do our very best to give you our best answer.

Pet Health

One of the major topics or themes of this website is related to keeping your pets healthy, strong and vital. We are firm believers that it is better to prevent than to cure illnesses and one of the best ways to do this is by feeding them the right nutritional foods and making sure that they get the right amount of exercise.

That is why we have added several articles about different types of nutritional foods for different types of pet. Dog, Cats, Birds, Reptiles and many more. One of them being a free pet health record chart that you can download.

As the internet is becoming a resource of endless free information we have also create reviews of some of the major pet health related websites that are around. We have done objective reviews of the sites and tried to list benefits and disadvantages for every site that we have gone through. The speed in which the internet expands are quite extreme and we can’t possibly cover all pet sites available but if you find a valuable site that you feel is missing please contact us about it. We’ll be glad the include a review of it on our site.

Pet Health Insurance Coverage

Another major topic is how to cover your pet if things do go wrong. It isn’t always enough to eat good food and have plenty of exercise. Sometimes your pet will become ill or get hurt in an accident. That is when it is good to have an insurance policy that has your pet covered.

Pet Insurance for sick dogsSurgery, x-ray and medication is very expensive and if your money doesn’t grow on trees you might find yourself in a stressful situation if your pet gets injured and you can’t pay the bills.

We have several sections on different types of pet insurance coverage plans and we’ll try to explain the terminology and give you some tips on what to look for before making up your mind.

We will constantly be adding news, guides and a lot of other great stuff, so make sure that you subscribe to our feed. You can do so by clicking here.

As with the pet health websites we have also spend a lot of energy in doing extensive reviews of many of the major pet insurance websites available, so that you don’t have to wonder around all of them. The work has been done for you. Again we’re completely objective and have no relationship to any of the pet insurance companies and you can be sure that we will not let anything slip through our fingers if is isn’t right.

Pet Nutritional Advice

Finally as a part of keeping your pet as healthy as possible we write articles about how to keep a pet healthy through good nutritional foods. We’re constantly scanning the market and we’ll let you know of every nutritional product that we come by that will benefit your pet and we’ll also tell you what things that we wouldn’t recommend that you feed your pet.

Again we would like to encourage you to let us know of any products that we haven’t featured on our site so that we can add it to the list.

Pet Sitting Options

If you have a pet and you have ever gone on a vacation somewhere you might know that having someone pet sitting your pet can be a hassle. Sometimes friends and family can help but at other times you will need to rely on strangers. We’ve looked into the world of pet sitting and will give you some hint about what to look for when finding the right pet sitter.
