It is your responsibility to take all three parts and create a optimal combination so that your pet will be able to live the best possible healthy life that it possibly can.
Why do you need to record it?
If you do what I have suggested above then why would you need to record it? Well, it has been proven several times that by filling out regular pet health record forms and thereby keeping track of the overall progress and health status, you will be more likely to succeed in your job.
But not keeping a record you will no paid the required attention to be able to get the optimal results. It is as simple as that.
