In some cases, it seems like it could almost be considered animal cruelty. Getting pet insurance is a good solution because then people won't feel as financially limited concering their pets health. But as far as discount meds go... I think that any medication on the market should be required to be of a certain quality standard. Some people just can't afford the brand names.
