If a pet is brought into Banfield through their Wellness Program, has a dental scaling, shots, ear cleaning, etc and goes home SICK, isn't Banfield responsible should Banfield pay for the additional services? The pet was not sick, other then an eye infection when brought in, now is deaf, lethargic, won't eat or drink at all ???????????????????
